An old video showing a man removing voting slips from a VVPAT machine and putting them in an envelope is viral online with false claim that it shows BJP engaging in booth capturing in Manipur. BOOM found that the video is from December 2022 shows regular election procedure laid down by the ECI; there is no wrongdoing in the video.
