Zee Entertainment Enterprises has withdrawn the merger implementation application filed before National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) against Sony. This will allow Zee to "aggressively pursue all claims against Sony in the ongoing arbitration proceedings at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and in other forums", Zee said. Sony terminated the $10 billion merger with Zee on January 22.
