Five construction workers, including a foreman, were allegedly assaulted by several men armed with sticks, rods and sharp-edged weapons at Gurugram's Garhi Harsaru Chowk on February 1, as per the foreman's police complaint. He said the incident occurred when a car driver who was previously stopped from taking an under-construction flyover returned along with around 10-12 men in three cars.
