Several social media users are sharing a video, purportedly showing Rahul Gandhi saying that the party will conduct a financial & institutional survey to ascertain the possessions of individuals, which will be redistributed to minorities. But the video was found to be edited, and Gandhi actually says that those belonging to OBCs,SCs,STs & EWS will get to know their share.
