Bengaluru's Manipal Hospitals has installed QR codes at 15 major traffic signals across the city to help people with cardiac emergencies. These codes can navigate people through the correct steps involved in CPR. QR codes to help people connect to emergency number for quick ambulance service have also been installed at signals. The initiative is supported by civic body BBMP.
