Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav has said that the Mahagathbandhan will win all four seats in the first phase. There was no competition from the BJP, he said, quoting feedback he received after the first phase of voting. He said the BJP will be surprised by the pathetic performance in Bihar.
