Ukraine imported most arms, with 9.7% of total imports between 2021 and 2025, followed by India with 8.2% of imports, according to a report by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). Saudi Arabia had a 6.8% share of total arms imports, with Qatar (6.4%), Pakistan (4.2%), and Japan (3.9%) following it. Poland imported 3.6% of arms and USA 2.9%.
