Rachakonda Police has tweeted that a woman helped catch a man who tried to escape after snatching her gold chain in Hayathnagar. The accused allegedly entered the house where woman was staying by posing as a prospective tenant, threw chilli powder at her and snatched her chain. The woman held on to accused and raised an alarm, an official said.
