Two men on a motorcycle attempted to open fire on a builder on April 16. However, the firearm failed to discharge and they fled the scene. After a police investigation, it has been revealed that the builder's father had paid Rs 75 lakh to the hitmen for killing him following a dispute over property and family matters.
