A man who was shot dead by US Secret Service agents after he opened fire near White House was identified as 21-year-old Nasire Best from Maryland. He was believed to be mentally troubled and allegedly thought he was "Jesus Christ." He was previously known to the Secret Service and had earlier been issued a stay-away order from the area.
