During a phone call with PM Narendra Modi, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine will not conduct negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Zelenskyy said that all the aggressor's decisions aimed at attempting illegal annexation of Ukrainian territories do not change reality. He also emphasised the importance of PM Modi's recent statement that now is not the time for war.
