Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann announced that the Military Literature Festival (MLF) will be hosted at district and university levels across the state. Chairing the felicitation ceremony of the two-day festival in Chandigarh, CM Mann said this is the time to imbibe a feeling of nationalism amongst youth, thereby inspiring them to join the armed forces.
