Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai said in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday that as many as 610 Kashmiri Pandits were given back their properties in Jammu and Kashmir in the last five years. He added that 3,000 state government jobs were also created for Kashmiri migrants under the Prime Minister's Development Package (PMDP) 2015.
