After Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) was ranked 20th in QS World Ranking for Development Studies, its Vice Chancellor Santishree D Pandit said she feels proud to be called "the Sanghi VC who brought the highest QS rankings for JNU". She further said that JNU was never "anti-national" or part of the "tukde-tukde" gang, adding that the institution is "not saffronised".
