A car rammed into a scooty and carried its rider on the vehicle's roof for about 350 metres between Prerna Chowk and Kanhaiya Nagar in Delhi on Thursday night. Rider of the scooty died while the one sitting pillion is hospitalised, police said. Police have arrested five people in the case and said that the accused were apparently drunk.
