HCL Group has acquired a majority stake in IIT Madras and CIIE (IIM Ahmedabad)-incubated vernacular edtech platform GUVI. However, the financial details of this acquisition were not disclosed. GUVI offers technical courses such as Web Development, AI module, SQL, among others. HCL Corporation Director, Shikhar Malhotra, said that they aim to bridge the technical skill gap across enterprises.
