According to a report, Telangana is expected to have 53,000 cancer patients by 2025. According to the 'Profile of Cancer and Related Factors - Telangana 2021' report, the state is expected to have 24,857 male and 28,708 female cancer patients by 2025. The report said that for every million children, 55 male and 39 female children develop cancer each year.
