Former Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy on Friday said it is discriminatory to conduct the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) exams for central government departments only in English and Hindi. He accused the Centre of trying to suppress regional languages. He further demanded that the government must conduct SSC exams in Kannada too, so that "talented people" of Karnataka can get selected.
