Pragya Misra, Director of Public Affairs at Truecaller, has become OpenAI's first hire in India. Misra has been with Truecaller since July 2021 and was a former executive of WhatsApp. With OpenAI hiring her, Pragya Misra is all set to work at Microsoft-backed OpenAI. Pragya has also worked with government ministries, media partners, key stakeholders, and investors.
