Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad resigned from the post of chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir campaign committee, hours after the appointment. He has also resigned from the party's Jammu and Kashmir political affairs committee. Azad cited health reasons while resigning, as per reports. Notably, the Congress campaign committee was newly constituted on Tuesday.
