Researchers in the US have built four-legged robots measuring 15 to 20 centimetres, using a 3D printer, in length, University of Notre Dame reported. Each of the robots is equipped with a lithium polymer battery, microcontroller and three sensors, allowing the robots to connect to one another. Researchers said four flexible legs reduced the need for additional sensors and parts.
