Microsoft Co-founder Bill Gates recently sold a four-bedroom mansion in Washington, which was listed at roughly $5 million, in less than two weeks, as per real estate firm RE/MAX. The 2,400-square-foot mansion was bought by Gates in 2003 for about $1.3 million, according to King County property records. The lakeside house was built in 1954.
