Quick commerce startup Zepto has revealed in its updated DRHP that founders Aadit Palicha and Kaivalya Vohra were summoned by the Enforcement Directorate in April 2026. The agency sought details on overseas investments, financial statements since FY21, shareholding and tax filings. It also requested information on loans, bank accounts, properties and the company's business model.
