J&K separatist leader Yasin Malik, who was on hunger strike in Tihar Jail, discontinued his fasting after he was told that his demands have been forwarded to the authorities concerned. Malik went on an indefinite hunger strike after the Centre did not respond to his request to allow him to physically appear in a Jammu court for an abduction case.
