The country's foreign exchange reserves surged by $58.38 billion to $635.36 billion in April to September period this year, according to an RBI report released on Wednesday. The forex reserves were at $576.98 billion at the end of March. Out of the total Foreign Currency Assets (FCA) of $573.60 billion, $383.74 billion was invested in securities, the report said.
