DMart Founder Radhakishan Damani's family and friends have purchased as many as 28 luxury apartments worth ₹1,238 crore in Oberoi Three Sixty West in Mumbai's Worli, Zapkey reported. This is said to be the biggest-ever real estate deal of India. The total carpet area bought by Damani's associates and companies amounts to 1,82,084 square feet and includes 101 car parks.
