The Karnataka High Court has issued a directive to refrain from taking coercive action against Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar in the case involving the alleged luring of apartment dwellers in RR Nagar. A bench led by Justice Krishna S. Dixit heard the petition filed by Shivakumar seeking the cancellation of the case registered against him.
