Vinesh Phogat booked a Paris Olympics 2024 quota in the women's 50kg wrestling event, riding on a spectacular show at the Asian qualifiers in Bishkek. Phogat defeated Kazakhstan's Laura Ganikyzy in the semifinal to enter the summit clash of the qualifying event. She is the second Indian wrestler to book a Paris Olympics quota after Antim Panghal.
