Employees of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) who are not attending office regularly have received a lower salary hike as compared to those showing up regularly, Mint reported. The IT company reportedly assessed employees on various metrics, including their office attendance, before rolling out the hikes. In February, TCS gave employees until March end to return to office or face consequences.
