A bone found by an 11-year-old girl and her father in UK in 2020 could belong to the world's largest marine reptile, the ichthyosaur, which could be about about 25-metre-long. Scientists have named a new species of ichthyosaur based on the girl's find called Ichthyotitan severnensis, meaning “giant fish lizard of the Severn”. The bone belonged to creature's jawbone.
