Dr. Arvind Bhateja rated worst to not so bad drinks on Raj Shamani’s podcast. He said the worst drinks are neat/shots, then comes hard liquors like wiskey and vodka. He further said that a glass of beer or vine are not so bad if had occasionally. On the podcast he shared the long term side-effects of alcohol.
