A complaint has been filed against e-commerce firms Flipkart and BigBasket for allegedly making their employees work on April 19, the day of voting in Tamil Nadu. Madras High Court lawyer K Narasimhan filed the case before Tamil Nadu State Election Commissioner Jothi Nirmalasamy, stating that the state government had declared public holiday on April 19 for voting.
