NASA has shared before and after pictures showing the impact of flooding in Dubai. Parts of UAE recorded a year's worth of rain in just 12 hours on April 16-17. On April 19, when NASA's Landsat 9 satellite passed over the UAE, it captured large, lingering pools of floodwater in Dubai and some parts of Abu Dhabi inundated by rains.
