TCS recently announced through an internal memo that employees failing to meet the minimum attendance requirement of 60% or three out of five days a week will not receive their performance bonus. The move aims to address irregular office attendance. Those with 85% or above attendance will receive full bonuses, while attendance between 75% and 85% will receive 75% bonus.
