Air Force prepares 10-year indigenisation plan

The Indian Air Force has come out with a 10-year indigenisation roadmap till 2025, highlighting the future technologies and new weapon system capabilities that it plans to induct. The roadmap aims to share the IAF’s requirements – including details of 174 components that need indigenisation – with private sector players to enable them to set up the necessary manufacturing facilities.
