Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai on Monday said, "Air pollution is not a problem of just AAP or Delhi government. Tackling it is everyone's responsibility." Rai said that he had invited opposition MLAs to join the 'Red light on, Gaadi off' campaign but did not receive a positive response. "Hope they will take steps at their own level," he said.
