Telecom Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Sunday launched a WhatsApp-based complaint redressal system for state-owned telecom operator BSNL in Indore. He tweeted, “This will further improve customer services”. Further, Prasad and BSNL’s Chief Managing Director Anupam Shrivastava will personally travel around the city on Monday to check signal strength and note the areas facing call drop problems.
