Mahesh Bhatt and brother Mukesh have moved a civil suit before Bombay High Court against actress Luviena Lodh seeking ₹1 crore in damages. They also sought an order restraining her from making "distasteful, patently false, grossly defamatory allegations". Luviena had accused Bhatt and his family of harassing her. Her lawyers assured she wouldn't make defamatory statements against the plaintiffs.
