Bombay High Court has rejected a bail plea of a rape convict, who submitted medical reports of the 13-year-old survivor expressing possibility that the act could be consensual. "The prosecutrix (survivor) at the time of the incident was only 13...and, as a result, the argument that it could be a consensual act cannot be accepted," the court stated.
