Prestige Estates Projects said that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to sell certain offices, retail and hotel properties, among others to US-based firm Blackstone. Prestige added that it has provided to Blackstone exclusivity in relation to the transactions. As per reports, the realty firm has agreed to sell its commercial properties to Blackstone for around ₹12,000 crore.
