Prime Minister Narendra Modi explained to the voters why his party led NDA should secure 400 seats in this general election.Addressing a poll rally in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, Modi said, NDA want 400 seats so that Congress should not able to bring back Article 370 in Kashmir and put a Babri lock on the Ayodhya Ram temple.
