Prime Minister Narendra Modi in an interview said he wants three things. "One, every household's power bill should be zero; second, we should sell surplus electricity and earn money; and third, I want to be self-reliant in energy sector as era of EV will come," he said. He added using renewable energy will save "billions of dollars" on petroleum imports.
