Church with casino attached: Billionaire Warren Buffett on short-term options trading

Billionaire Warren Buffett called the market "a church with casino attached", comparing traditional investing with 'church' and short-term options trading with 'casino'. "People can move between church and casino…I'd say there are more people in church than…casino, but casino has gotten very attractive," he said, adding, "If you're [trading in] one-day options, that's not investing…it's gambling."
