E2E Networks Ltd's shares surged by 5% to a 52-week high of ₹4,977.50 after L&T announced plans to acquire a 21% stake for ₹1,407 crore. The deal includes a preferential issue of 29.79 lakh shares at ₹3,622.25 each, along with a secondary stake purchase of 6% at ₹2,750 per share.
