Parle-G maker Parle Products, one of India's largest unlisted companies, has started talks with at least five banks for a possible IPO, CNBC-TV18 reported. The proposed transaction will likely involve existing shareholders selling their stakes rather than the company raising fresh capital. "We're focused on running and growing the business...Nothing as of now," the firm's spokesperson said.
