Rare jaundice case successfully treated at Telangana hospital
A hospital in Telangana successfully treated a rare, complex chronic jaundice case in a 30-year-old patient after eight years of suffering. A two-stage surgery relieved bile duct and intestinal obstruction caused by a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour encasing the portal vein. The patient recovered fully, resuming normal life and work, marking a milestone in advanced hepatopancreatobiliary care.
