Who is India-born Abhay Kumar Singh, Putin's legislator who justified Russia's invasion?

Abhay Kumar Singh is a deputat, a post similar to an MLA in India, from Kursk, a Western Russian city. He started his business in Kursk and later joined politics. Hailing from Patna in Bihar, Singh reportedly went to Russia in 1991 to study medicine. He joined Putin's United Russia Party in 2015 and won a provincial election in 2018.
