'Customs demanding ₹14 lakh on oxygen concentrators I donated during COVID' says man

A man has said Customs is demanding ₹14 lakh from him over oxygen concentrators that he had imported and donated to those in need during COVID-19. He said Customs reclassified the concentrators under the tariff head for "goods imported for personal use". "On import documents...the goods were openly declared as 'Not For Sale — for free distribution,'" he added.
