Contrary to Centre's orders: Kerala CM to PM Modi on travel restrictions by K'taka

After Karnataka government started regulating entry into the state through its borders with Kerala amid rising COVID-19 cases, Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan wrote a letter to PM Narendra Modi, stating that it is contrary to Centre's instructions. "Many persons, mainly students...and patients going for medical treatment are put to undue hardships at the state borders," Vijayan said.
