According to reports, Atlassian, an Australian tech company that makes Software Development and Collaboration Tools (including JIRA Service Desk) is planning for an American Initial public offering (IPO) by December. The valuation of the company reportedly stands at $3.3 billion without venture funding. Pure Storage and Square are the other billion dollar valued startups seeking IPOs this year.
